JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

We are looking to hire a responsible, strong initiative and professional driver to assist with the transportation needs for our business operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• A valid class 3 Driving License with a good driving record.
• Able to communicate with our corporate guests and/or clients.
• A pleasant and outgoing personality.
• Punctual, Responsible, Honest and Polite.
• Need to work on week-ends and public holiday at times, but will adjust the rest days accordingly.
• Able to communicate in basic Chinese and English.
• Own personal transportation is preferred but not necessary.

• Provide chauffeuring services for the Company’s Director and clients.
• Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the assigned vehicle while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
• Driving clients or guests to their destination in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensure that the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, fuelled.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle on a regular basis to ensure good working condition, sending the vehicle for servicing, maintenance and assisting with the car insurance and road tax renewals.
• Providing courteous and professional service to passengers.
• Maintaining privacy and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Must be willing to accommodate to changes in work timing in accordance to Director’s schedule or any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Carry out other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management or its representative from time to time.
