What You Will Do: Wholesale Delivery Drivers are responsible for safe driving of company trucks and accurate delivery of customer orders. Our Drivers perform duties that include but are not limited to: * Keeping a safe driving record, free of accidents and safety violations, operating a box truck ranging from 16 to 24 feet * Demonstrate exceptional customer service to customers on delivery routes * Accurately identify products on customer orders and deliver tires as ordered * Effectively communicate any customer needs to the warehouse leadership team * Adhere to GPS instructions, maintain DOT log, and complete pre-trip inspections on vehicles * Assist warehouse team members as needed Benefits: * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Life Insurance * AD&D Insurance * 401k * Paid Time Off (earn up to 20 days/year) * Supplemental insurance plan options Job Requirements: * Valid driver’s license, * Acceptable MVR and Background check * Pre-employment drug testing * DOT medical certification preferred (must be obtained post hire) * CDL is NOT required * Can lift 20-80 pounds The Flynn’s Way…Hire the BEST people for each position.
