在 Lalamove 每天有數百萬名司機與客戶透過我們的平台彼此連結，完成重要的運送任務。自 2013 年以來，我們正面迎戰物流產業的挑戰，致力於為全球的配送需求找出最創新的解決方案。我們正全速前進，希望讓 Lalamove 成為「物流」的代名詞，以提升日常運輸效率為目標。目前我們已在亞洲、拉丁美洲與中東大幅拓展，並準備將我們推向全球。而我們需要您的加入，一起實現這個目標！ \n 【職務說明】作為 Driver Operations Lead（夥伴營運組長），你將扮演關鍵角色，帶領團隊推動司機招募與管理機制，特別是透過推廣，吸引並引導更多司機加入租車專案，以提升司機夥伴的數量與品質。你將成為平台成長的核心推動者，因為我們相信，穩定且具專業性的司機供給，是推動 Lalamove 持續成長的關鍵。透過流程優化、數據驅動決策與跨專案協作，你將持續提升平台運能，並強化 Lalamove 的營運核心。【工作內容包含】營運標準制定：建立、執行並優化招募與審核流程，確保司機夥伴加入流程順暢並符合平台需求。績效管理：持續追蹤團隊績效及營運指標，並即時調整優化以達成目標。團隊管理：管理 4-5 人團隊，包含租車推廣、招募說明會與專案執行，提升整體營運效能。租車推廣與廠商合作：積極推廣並說服更多司機參與租車專案，洽談並維護與租車廠商的合作關係，拓展車輛與司機夥伴。司機招募與審核：規劃並執行線上、線下招募說明會，優化申請與審核流程，提升和規司機加入效率。司機夥伴關係管理：規劃教育訓練與營運活動，提升司機忠誠度並降低流失率。專業搬家專案管理：負責規劃與推動專業搬家相關司機招募與專案執行。【工作待遇】月薪 45,000元 ~ 60,000元 \n To all candidates- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.
