This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for transporting plant and equipment, operating machinery, and supporting a busy pavement maintenance crew across the region. You'll safely operate, navigate, and care for a range of equipment, including loaders, excavators, rollers, and other heavy machinery while assisting with road maintenance and construction activities. You'll play an active role within the pavement crew, contributing to the successful delivery of maintenance and renewal projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. This is a fantastic full-time, permanent opportunity for a self-starter who embraces training and development.
