JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver & Order Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires the ability to handle heavy lifting, and experience in commercial driving. The Driver will also assist in warehouse operations as needed.

SKILLS

  • Experience with commercial driving, including knowledge of vehicle operation regulations.
  • Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading processes.
  • Experience in moving goods within a warehouse environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
  • Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and logs as required by company policies.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
  • Assist with warehouse duties, including moving inventory and organizing stock as needed.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
  • Monitor local product stock levels, pick and lift goods as needed, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment and support daily operations.
  • Process, track, and manage all local orders in the internal system with accuracy and efficiency; create purchase orders for incoming shipments and maintain up-to-date inventory records.
  • Handle on-site purchasing for physical stores when necessary, coordinating closely with store teams to meet operational needs and ensure smooth store operations.
  • Organize and maintain purchasing, inventory, and operational documents; support financial reconciliation by ensuring proper records are kept for specific transactions.
  • Create POs for incoming shipments and update records accordingly.
