The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of residents to various appointments, activities, and outings. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport residents to and from appointments, activities, and events. - Assist residents with boarding and disembarking from the vehicle. - Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle. - Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations. - Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff regarding transportation schedules and needs. - Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues. - Provide excellent customer service and support to residents. Qualifications: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Previous experience in a driving or transportation role preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Compassionate and patient demeanor when interacting with seniors. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
