We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being. Summary: Our Drivers are often the first and last point of contact for our clients, making this role essential in creating a positive, supportive experience. You will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for individuals receiving behavioral healthcare services. Pay Rate: $15 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with occasional weekend availability preferred. Responsibilities: Safely transport clients to and from behavioral healthcare facilities Maintain a secure and supportive environment for clients, yourself, and others during transport Provide professional, courteous, and empathetic customer service Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and team members Follow all transportation policies, procedures, and safety protocols Monitor and assist clients as needed during transport Maintain accurate knowledge of transportation procedures and reporting processes Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent required Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire) Completion of safety training upon hire Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately Comfortable with frequent and extended driving Ability to sit for prolonged periods Excellent customer service skills, including in high-pressure situations Pyramid CORE Values: We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
