    Western Flyer Express is seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter to join our team! If you have professional recruiting experience, preferably within the transportation industry, we would love to speak with you.  Responsibilities: * Recruits all Contract Operators and Company Drivers candidates as the primary contact for those inquiring about opportunities within our various recruiting markets * Must be able to effectively communicate expectations to avoid later misunderstandings * Become an expert on the WFX applicant tracking system optimizing all leads real time * Works with the Safety department to qualify all candidates quickly and efficiently * Works as a team with all WFX staff, interacts with operations management lending subject expertise and support as needed Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:  * 2+ years of recruiting experience required * 1+ years of Driver and/or Contractor recruiting experience strongly desired * Energetic effective sales and customer service-skills are critical to success * High School Diploma or GED, Associates degree or higher preferred * Extensive computer applications experience, including MS Office * Experience using Tenstreet Software or comparable ATS tools preferred * Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including a professional phone presence and efficient data entry * Has the initiative to exceed expectations with minimal supervision * Able to occasionally work extended hours, including weekends when needed Physical Requirements:  * Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.  * Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards * Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone   DISCLAIMER:  The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and essential duties and responsibilities of work performed by employees within this classification.
