Description Help drive growth by connecting quality owner operators (truck drivers) with the right opportunities. We’re looking for a Driver Recruiting Specialist who is energized by relationship-building, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to engage drivers and partners to get results. In this role, your primary goal is to recruit quality owner operators while supporting our Agent base and collaborating closely with our Driver Qualification and Retention teams to ensure a smooth, efficient onboarding experience. The Driver Recruiting Specialist’s primary goal is to recruit quality owner operators to promote company growth. This role provides ongoing support to our Agent partners and works cross-functionally with Driver Qualification and Retention teams to ensure satisfactory driver placement and a quick, efficient onboarding process. Essential Job Duties Source applicants through cold calling, email campaigns, text message blasts, computer databases, and other recruiting resources Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to delegate and shift leads among the recruiting team to maximize driver placement Conduct regular check-ins with assigned Agent partners to review individual needs and develop customized recruitment plans Maintain open and consistent communication with Agent partners to ensure successful fulfillment of recruiting needs Maintain candidate engagement and assist with the qualification process, including collecting onboarding documentation and scheduling drug tests as needed Promote brand awareness through platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and company websites Attend recruitment fairs and terminal visits when necessary Assist with training new recruiters Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in a recruiting/talent acquisition function or sales function Basic computer skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task Customer service and sales oriented Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Social Media, or similar Experience recruiting within the transportation/logistics industry Experience with Social Media advertising Why The Evans Network of Companies (ENOC) is Different At ENOC, we’re more than a workplace—we’re a family.
