The income from our shops and online platforms play a vital role in raising essential funds for children and families at a time they need it most.

Responsibilities

· Involves manual handling, including lifting large items of furniture/electrical.
· You will assist in the storage, organisation and delivery of goods from our March furniture shop to the homes of members of the public along with the drivers.
· You will support other areas of the charity’s supply and distribution of stock and equipment between shops.
· Working with the shop manager to maximise sales of donated and new stock.
· Supporting the shop volunteer team by providing guidance and direction to their efforts.
· Maintaining a high standard of display, presentation and cleanliness throughout the shop.
· In the absence of the manager, ensuring that all monies are banked, daily/weekly banking & reporting processes are followed, and shop is opened and closed at end of day.
