Job Description La risorsa, in accordo e sotto la supervisione del Responsabile, si occupa di: Accogliere gli ospiti garantendo loro il trasporto sicuro e confortevole all’arrivo e alla partenza. Rispettare gli standard di servizio coordinandosi efficacemente con il reparto Front Office dell'Hotel, con gli addetti all’accoglienza al porto e con il servizio porter bagagli dell’isola di Capri. Effettuare le operazioni di carico-scarico valigie, le procedure di verifica delle stesse e accompagnamento degli ospiti al veicolo assegnato. Rispondere alle domande degli ospiti in merito alle attrazioni locali, alla struttura alberghiera e ad altri servizi disponibili Monitorare tutte le funzionalità del veicolo al fine di garantire massima puntualità e servizio impeccabile Segnalare al supervisore eventuali problemi di sicurezza, pericoli e potenziali problemi di sicurezza • Eseguire altri compiti come assegnati The role, in accordance with and under the supervision of the Manager, involves: Welcoming guests and ensuring their safe and comfortable transportation upon arrival and departure. Adhering to service standards by coordinating effectively with the Hotel Front Office department, the port reception team, and the island's luggage porter service. Handling luggage loading and unloading, verifying the items, and escorting guests to their assigned vehicle. Responding to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, the hotel property, and other available services. Monitoring all vehicle functions to ensure maximum punctuality and impeccable service. Reporting any safety issues, hazards, or potential security concerns to the supervisor. Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications Patente di guida valida e abilitata al trasporto di persone Capacità di comunicare professionalmente in italiano fluente e in inglese fluente Esperienza di almeno 1 anno maturata nel ruolo in contesti alberghieri con elevati standard di servizio. Completano il profilo: ottimo aspetto e pulizia, orientamento al cliente, comunicazione, flessibilità e team working. Lingue richieste: Italiano (obbligatorio) e Inglese (obbligatorio) Valid driver’s license with passenger transport authorization. Ability to communicate professionally in fluent Italian and English. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within high-end hospitality environments. Additional qualities include: excellent personal appearance and hygiene, strong customer orientation, effective communication skills, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude.
