We’re on the lookout for a Driver Services Manager who thrives on building strong relationships, driving high performance, and creating a team culture that reflects professionalism and accountability. This leadership role is dedicated to developing one of the best long-haul open deck driver teams in Western Canada — ensuring they are well-trained, engaged, compliant, and fully aligned with our core values.
GROW A TEAM OF QUALIFIED, HIGHLY ENGAGED QUALITY DRIVERS
· Lead all driver recruitment efforts including job marketing, screening, road testing, and onboarding
· Deliver effective training programs during onboarding and throughout a driver’s career
· Conduct annual performance reviews and ongoing coaching conversations
· Address driver performance issues with clarity, accountability, and care
· Foster a positive, professional driver culture aligned with our core operating principles
