Description The driver has the following responsibilities: Transport guests from parking lot to lobby in golf cart. Transport hotel guests to appointments and events in a timely punctual manner between our properties. Observe all city, street, and highway driving regulations and safety rules while transporting guests. Conduct daily PreTrip vehicle safety and maintenance inspections on hotel vehicles. Receive positive reviews and guest feedback on service in an effort to provide a positive hotel and restaurant experience for Settlers Hospitality guests. Attends required team meetings Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner Performs other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff Highly professional and dependable Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality Prompt, reliable, and responsible Safety and customer service oriented Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Must have valid PA Drivers License

Responsibilities

The driver is responsible for transporting guests between hotel properties and parking areas using golf carts and other vehicles. They must ensure passenger safety by following all traffic regulations and performing daily vehicle maintenance checks.
