Join our team as a Driver and play a crucial role in our logistics operations. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting our products safely and efficiently to designated locations. Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading their wagon at our Dewsbury and Morley manufacturing plants.
  • Supporting the drivers and warehouse supervisors with loading the other trucks.
  • Deliver our goods around the UK and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Offload goods, and where required, room place in the delivery point, with packaging removed from the product and taken away.
  • Communicate effectively with the customer an hour before delivery and report any issues to the planning and customer care department.
  • Maintain our high standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that the wagon is safe and in good condition every morning before beginning the journey.
  • Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.
  • They will communicate effectively with the Transport Manager regarding vehicle maintenance.
    To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s license, HGV class 2 license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations. A minimum of 2 years’ experience is required.
    The role will require a candidate who is prepared to night out 1-3 nights per week. Heavy lifting is required (equipment is provided).
    Standard hours are 43.25 based on Mon to Thu – 7.45am – 5pm and Fri 7.45am – 4.30pm with 30 min lunch break.
