REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role within logistics or transportation.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics are a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of UAE road regulations and transportation laws.
• License: Valid UAE driving license is a must.

• Supervise and coordinate drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
• Assign routes and schedules based on business needs.
• Monitor driver attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies.
