Coordinating with suppliers to book services, repairs, and recovery vehicles—courtesy vehicles or rental vehicles - no two days are the same!
Providing top-tier customer service by keeping everyone updated on progress, and handling any issues with a smile.
Being a team player by stepping up to support the Driver Support Team and assisting with ad-hoc tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
