  • Coordinate and schedule the movement of trucks and drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and real-time support.
  • Monitor and track truck locations and shipment statuses, addressing any delays or issues.
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize logistics operations.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and document communications.
  • Respond to and resolve emergencies, accidents, or incidents during shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
  • Support drivers with route planning, fueling, and other logistical needs.
  • Post-secondary education; a focus in supply chain or logistics is an asset.
  • Demonstrates ability to analyze complex situations and develop solutions.
  • Strong team player who’s comfortable working independently or with others, and easily adjusts to different work styles and environments.
  • Flexible and agile in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think critically and adapt strategies to achieve results
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
