ROLE: The role of the shuttle driver is to provide consistent Transportation Services to all owners and Guests. The right candidate is highly organized and will ensure the safe transport of our guests they should be able to keep a log of passengers they transport. Should also demonstrate strict adherence to schedules and transport-related legislation, this person will also be able to diagnose and remedy basic mechanical issues that may arise. RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow all Safety and Security procedures to protect and ensure the safety of our guests, employees and assets. Maintain a flexible work schedule based on business needs. Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction with owners and guests. Maintain a flexible work schedule. Perform daily vehicle maintenance checks at shift start and end. Maintain cleanliness of all company vehicles. Maintain accurate vehicle mileage and passenger logs. Ensure compliance of all traffic laws and DOT regulations. Maintain proper licensing. Transport owners and guests per the current transportation schedule. Transport employees between resorts. Perform all other job requests as assigned by management. Effectively handle and fulfill Guest requests within the scope of the Driver’s position. Requirements REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess excellent customer service skills. Must have effective oral English communication skills. Must have and maintain a professional appearance. Must have a clean driving record. Must have a Nevada “CDL” license with a passenger endorsement. Must have general knowledge of Las Vegas roadways.
