Responsibilities Assist resident with transportation to/from appointments Assists resident in and out of vehicles as well as in and out of clinics as necessary Assists resident with transportation of personal possessions as necessary. Provides 1:1 interaction with resident. Consults with treatment team as resident's mental/physical health indicates.Acts as a liaison between resident and care providers during appointments. Acts as a liaison between care providers and Penn Center team providing both verbal and written information as necessary. Ensures necessary paperwork accompanies consumer to appointments.Documents pertinent information in resident’s chart as necessary. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED, preferred
Responsibilities
The Driver Tech is responsible for assisting residents with transportation to and from appointments and ensuring their personal possessions are transported as necessary. They provide one-on-one interaction with residents and act as a liaison between residents and care providers.
