Contrans, as part of TFI, the largest transportation company in North America, has an opening for the role of a Driver Trainer located in Bedford, QC. The Driver Trainer plays a very important role on the overall success of operations and is viewed in the highest regard. It is imperative the Driver Trainer has knowledge and experience on how to manage drivers and deal with the day to day tasks at hand. We are looking for a quick, bright, eager individual wanting to grow within our organization where the sky is the limit for your career ambitions.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

· Post-secondary education in business or logistics
· Bilingual English/French is a must
· 3-5 years’ experience
· Class 1 license
· Ability to travel locally to help other terminals
· Ability to road test and know Safety needs for the Trucking Industry

· Communicate well with drivers
· Handling paperwork and computer work
· Adhere to Contrans Tank Group safety policy by working in a safe and professional manner
· Other duties as required
