As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Carry out, but not limited to, the training of drivers both FTE & Agency including driving assessments, development indicators, license checks and highway code test
• Conduct induction, performing 2 day driver inductions for all new starters, assisting with performing inductions for other colleagues, i.e. Transport Admin
• Delivering Smith System Initial training to all LGV drivers and company car drivers
• Organising and booking of drivers CPC periodic training, delivering CPC modules and generating revenue where applicable
• Supporting TACHO infringements, reviewing and retraining drivers with regards to driver hours infringements
• Carrying out gatehouse & yard audits, responsible for performing 10% yard/gatehouse exit vehicle and driver checks
• Microlise training and admin, performing weekly conversations to action improvement areas
• Carrying out Delivery Safety Orders, prompting safety conversations and identifying training needs
