JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Driver Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new drivers in safe and efficient driving practices, as well as providing ongoing support and development for existing drivers. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving, freight operations, and heavy equipment operation. The Driver Trainer will play a crucial role in ensuring that all drivers adhere to safety regulations and company policies while promoting a culture of excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid commercial driver’s license (AZ licence).
  • Strong knowledge of freight operations, including loading, unloading, and transportation logistics. .
  • Background in automotive repair is a plus to assist trainees with practical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules and documentation efficiently.
