Primary Responsibilities Reporting to Operations Manager, the Driver Trainer is responsible for training/teaching employees how to drive all Company owned vehicles in a safe and professional manner. The role also includes providing a high degree of customer service in a fast-paced work environment. This position includes the following duties: Driving a school route as required Completion of Driving Assessments Instruction of Voyago divisional training as required Licence upgrade training (E, and B class) Outside instructional training programs as required by training school division manager The ideal candidate will posses the following qualifications that include, but are not limited to, the following: B or E licence held for a minimum of 3 years P.R.I.D.E. Certified as an asset Excellent proven customer service experience. In-depth knowledge of Southwestern Ontario. Good organization and communications skills. Availability to work flexible hours. Knowledge of wheelchair tie downs and q-straint. Possess a clean driver’s abstract Preferred previous instructional / teaching experience. Preferred previous Driver Assessment experience.
