Responsibilities Essential Duties & Responsibilities Driving company vehicle to pick-up and/or drop off equipment to customers place of business Document customer orders and order instructions Load and unload delivery vehicle Issue or obtain customer signature on receipt for pick-up or delivery Cleans company vehicle as necessary Monitor routine maintenance for company vehicle and coordinate with manager if necessary repairs are needed Resolve and document customer complaints or issues Routinely interact with customers as deliveries and/or pick-ups are made Assist with shipping & receiving as needed Qualifications Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
