Description
What You’ll Do: Deliver and pick up medical devices and surgical kits to and from hospitals and clinics across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time in alignment with surgical schedules Load, unload, and transport products safely while maintaining product integrity and sterility standards Coordinate daily delivery and pick-up schedules using GPS and routing tools Maintain accurate delivery records, documentation, and proof of delivery Provide professional and responsive customer service at healthcare facilities Communicate any delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns promptly to internal teams Perform routine vehicle safety checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness and maintenance Support warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory handling as needed Participate in on-call rotation to support urgent surgical needs What You Bring: Valid Canadian driver’s license with a clean driving record 1–3 years of experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation (preferred) Experience in medical device, healthcare, or time-sensitive delivery environments is an asset Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to use GPS, routing tools, and basic computer systems Highly reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly Why VB Spine? Compensation: Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance with potential for overtime, shift premiums, and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and local market conditions in Burlington, Ontario.
