We are committed to protecting our clients’ data with reliable and professional service. Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable On-Site Shred Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves operating a non-CDL shred truck to collect, transport, and securely destroy customer materials at various client locations. Key Responsibilities: Operate a non-CDL shred truck in a safe and efficient manner Travel to customer sites to collect and destroy confidential documents Ensure secure handling and destruction of sensitive materials Provide professional and courteous service to clients Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks Maintain accurate service records and logs Qualifications: Valid driver’s license (no CDL required) Clean driving record Ability to lift and move materials (typically up to 50 lbs) Strong attention to detail and commitment to security procedures Good communication and customer service skills Reliable and punctual What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay Consistent 4-day work week (3-day weekends) Stable, full-time position Opportunity to work independently in the field Requirements Competencies: Has a positive and respectful attitude Able to accept change in directions as customer needs change. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb/balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must be able to reach, handle, carry, and lift between 10 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. While performing job duties, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, read, and identify numbers for accurate order filling and receiving of material. Education and eligibility requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license MVR Check Background check Must be able to pass random drug screens.
