QUALIFICATIONS

  • A team-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and forging authentic connections.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts throughout the week, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capable of sitting for up to 8 hours per shift (in an automobile) and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with using protective equipment, including mandatory certified safety shoes (supplied upon hire), and as required, safety glasses, reflective safety vest, gloves, and apron.
  • Knowledge and experience in automotive parts aftermarket is an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Carry out customer deliveries and pickups of automotive parts using a company vehicle.
  • Validate the accuracy of deliveries by cross-checking part numbers with customer invoices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through efficient and friendly delivery operations.
  • Conduct daily inspections of company vehicles, reporting any necessary repairs to uphold safety standards.
  • Follow the store’s loss prevention procedures while assisting in warehouse and retail area organization.
  • Uphold a safe work environment, including adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines.
  • Comply with the Motor Vehicle Safety Act and maintain a clean driving record.
