JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you ready to lead a high-impact transformation project? We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative professional to head the re-modelling of our Dynamics casework platform for the Drivers Medical Group. In this key role, you’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value — all within a team that champions Recognition, Involvement, Development and Support for everyone.

NATIONALITY REQUIREMENTS

This job is broadly open to the following groups:

• nationals of the Republic of Ireland

• nationals of the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein and family members of those nationalities who have made a valid application for settled or pre-settled status under the European Union Settlement Scheme (EUSS)
• individuals with limited leave to remain or indefinite leave to remain who were eligible to apply for EUSS on or before 31 December 2020
• Turkish nationals, and certain family members of Turkish nationals, who have accrued the right to work in the Civil Service

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Have a sound knowledge and understanding of Drivers Medical casework processes and Fitness to Drive standards.
• Drive the development of business requirements by proactively engaging with staff and stakeholders across all levels, ensuring their insights shape a comprehensive and aligned solution.
• Continuously explore and evaluate emerging capabilities within Dynamics and Power Platform to identify opportunities for innovation and enhanced business value.
• Work closely with development and business teams to test and validate technical solutions, ensuring they effectively meet business requirements.
• Provide strategic leadership to the Power Platform team, setting clear direction, fostering innovation, and ensuring delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions that align with organisational goals.
