Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

Be working as part of a team delivering on-line support to DRIVES users, you will be analysing, investigating and resolving system application problems.
This role will see you providing high level technical advice relating to the operation of the DRIVES software which includes a wide variety of users including Service NSW and other government agencies in a timely efficient manner.
You will provide excellent technical customer service by investigating and analysing errors and anomalies and providing advice on how to navigate these in a challenging high volume environment.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A FULL-TIME ROLE FOR 12 MONTHS AND IS OFFICE BASED IN NEWCASTLE 5 DAYS PW.
