We are seeking a professional and highly organised Driveway Supervisor to lead the arrival and departure experience for our valued guests. As the first and last impression of the hotel, you will play a key role in delivering warm, seamless, and personalised service at every interaction. About the Role Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Driveway Supervisor oversees all driveway operations including valet services, Porters, guest arrivals and departures and traffic flow. You will lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, efficiency, and luxury service are consistently delivered. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily driveway, valet, and porter operations Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and warmth Coordinate VIP arrivals, departures, and special requests Maintain smooth vehicle flow and traffic management at the hotel entrance Lead, coach, and motivate the driveway team to exceed guest expectations Ensure luggage handling and valet procedures are carried out efficiently and safely Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and service recovery with confidence Work collaboratively with Front Office, Concierge and Guest Services teams Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or premium hospitality environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and organisational abilities Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment Passion for luxury service and guest satisfaction Valid driver’s licence Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays Additional Information Benefits and Perks: Sofitel Melbourne on Collins provides ambassadors career development opportunities within the hotel and wider Accor Group.
