We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Van Delivery Drivers to join our HGV driving Academy.
As a Lynas HGV Academy Driver, you will deliver our products from our warehouse to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the quality of our produce. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering and will prioritise customer satisfaction, safety, and adherence to delivery schedules.
As a Lynas Delivery Driver, you will be required to handle, unload and deliver a wide variety of frozen, chilled and ambient products to our customers whilst providing excellent customer service.
Running in parallel with your delivery duties, our in-house driver trainer will guide you through the (fully funded) pursuit of your Class C license and once obtained, you will graduate to a HGV delivery driver role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Safe Transport: Safely load, transport, and deliver product to customers.
  • Timely Deliveries: Ensure deliveries are completed according to the schedule, providing excellent customer service at every location.
  • Product Quality: Handle produce with care to avoid damage and ensure quality throughout the delivery process.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain the delivery vehicle (e.g., tire pressure, fuel, oil levels), and report any issues or needed repairs promptly.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns about their orders.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the correct orders are loaded and delivered, check orders for accuracy, and manage any discrepancies as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure the proper handling and transport of perishable goods.
