JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ICBC licensed GLP Driving Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating new drivers on safe driving practices, traffic laws, and vehicle operation. You will work closely with students to build their confidence behind the wheel while ensuring they develop the necessary skills to become responsible drivers. Your ability to communicate effectively and create a supportive learning environment is crucial for the success of our students.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate effectively.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
• Patience and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.

  This is a contractor position and hours may vary. Must be available at least 1 weekend day per week, plus after school hours.

• Conduct one-on-one driving lessons with students of varying skill levels.

• Maintain a calm and patient demeanor while instructing students in various driving situations.
• Prepare students for written and practical driving examinations.
• Ensure that all vehicles are maintained in safe operating condition before lessons.
