You will join Deloitte’s evolving HR Strategy & Technology practice within Deloitte Consulting (Technology & Transformation) as an analyst. Job Description What work will you be doing?* As an Analyst, you will work on client projects to assist multinational corporations to on their HR transformation initiatives. Additionally, you will support business development efforts and contribute to internal initiatives such as employer branding and learning programs based on your interests and background. In this role, you will make an impact by: Collaborating with your team to analyse the current situation for clients and applying Deloitte’s best-practice frameworks in order to solve clients’ challenges. Working closely with clients, management teams, and stakeholders through interviews, meetings, and workshops. Conducting research, data collection, and analysis to provide valuable insights to clients. Prepare and develop client material for workshops, proposals etc. Facilitate working sessions and workshops internally and externally Qualifications Who we are looking for? Your area of study (project management, HRM, IT, etc.) is not the most important factor to us. We are more interested in your strong analytical skills combined with an engaged, structured, and curious personality, as well as your deep interest in HR transformations and strategic approaches to organisational topics. Further, we pay attention to the following aspects: Proficiency in English is required; Danish is advantageous but not mandatory. A strong desire to make a difference for our clients and colleagues. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, enabling you to work both independently and collaboratively. A proactive attitude that thrives in complex and dynamic environments. Experience in consulting, project management, or human resources is beneficial but not essential. Experience in participating in transformation initiatives and driving independent small-scale activities is a plus. Interview process Our recruitment process involves three stages. In the first interview, you will be asked to demonstrate your problem-solving skills through a short case study and share insights about yourself, your passion for HR Strategy & Technology and Consulting, including people strategy, processes, and digitalisation. The second interview will include a case assignment and an assessment of your personal attributes conducted by HR. The final stage will be a meeting with our People Lead.
