Description We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Practice Facility Coordinator. This position is essential in ensuring our members and guests enjoy a clean, organized, and fully stocked practice facility at all times. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is comfortable with the physical demands of the role. Responsibilities · Maintain the appearance and functionality of all practice areas, including the driving range, chipping green, and practice putting green. · Pick balls from the lake with nets. · Wash, sort, and organize range balls to ensure they remain clean and in good condition. · Restock and refill range stations consistently throughout the day to maintain a continuous supply. · Reset and maintain the chipping green and short-game areas, including rotation of stations and alignment of targets. · Set up, maintain, and rotate alignment rods, bag stands, ball crates, and other range amenities. · Assist members and guests with basic information and maintain a visible, friendly presence as a player assistant. · Monitor use of the range to ensure only authorized players are using the facilities and address any misuse professionally. · Maintain cleanliness of club washers, range carts, and other equipment daily. · Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly to the professional staff. Qualifications · Must have a valid driver's license. · Ability to lift 40–50 lbs. consistently (range ball baskets, washer trays, picker equipment, etc.). · Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. · Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks. · Previous golf course or driving range experience preferred but not required.
