DRIVING CONSULTANT - FULL TIME - OFFICE BASED

FC Workforce are an independent recruitment agency with branches covering multiple locations across the UK including Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Yorkshire, London, Scotland and South East. We are looking for a Driving Consultant to join our rapidly growing team in our Peterborough head office!
Your role as a Driving Consultant within our driving recruitment team will include using the tools provided to fill vacancies that are brought on by you and your team. You will have the best tools in the industry to do so, as well as using your personality and professionalism to attract the right candidates. You will need to be confident on the phone, have a resilient and a ‘will not give up’ attitude!
Your role will be office based but you will also be out on the road visiting clients, carrying out onsite inductions/training, and even win more business! You will be responsible for the daily running of the desk alongside the other consultants on your team.

SKILLS

  • Experience delivering training / inductions
  • Experience recruiting drivers
  • Client management experience preferable
  • Onsite experience desirable
  • Experience with self employed recruitment preferable
  • Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
  • Positive and a ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Professional attitude in all aspects of the job role
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent customer services skills with the ability to build, develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Responsibilities
  • Van driving recruitment
  • Keeping the database up to date with bookings and worker information
  • Registering candidates and ensuring all correct documents are received
  • Posting job adverts on provided CV search bases
  • Building trust and maintaining relationships with the candidates
  • Keeping on top of compliance for the desk
  • Reporting to Senior/ Branch Manager/Account Manager throughout the day of progress and updates
  • Growing the desk to reach KPI and Targets
  • Sharing responsibility of the out of hours phone and checking in workers using the our of hours phone
  • Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients
  • Finding solutions to problems and using negotiation skills
