What YOU Will Do: Work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. Handling customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving problems, responding tocall-outs and preparing cost estimates. Inspect the drain line with a camera to identify drainage issues. Installing, maintaining, cleaning, and repairing drain systems Inspecting and testing plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and water quality. What Need from YOU: 3 years as a drain technician or plumbing helper for residential plumbing Experience using a jetter and camera Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods Must pass a motor vehicle & background check and drug screen Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability Physical dexterity

Responsibilities

The Drain Technician will work independently to solve drainage problems efficiently and handle customer queries. Responsibilities include inspecting drain lines with a camera, installing, maintaining, cleaning, and repairing drain systems.
