We’re expanding our technical team and looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Drone Technician to maintain, service, repair and support customer drones and payload systems.
Whether it’s fixing a crashed drones, configuring an enterprise solution for public safety, or troubleshooting issues with customers over phone and email, you’ll be a vital part of keeping our clients flying safely and efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Hands-on experience with electronic hardware (familiar with drones would be helpful).
  • Understanding of electronics, soldering, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Methodical, organised, and safety-conscious approach to repairs.
  • Good IT literacy – able to work with DJI software, CRM systems, and diagnostics tools.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for technology.
  • Previous experience in a technical repair, electronics role preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair DJI drone systems, gimbals, cameras, and accessories.
  • Conduct maintenance checks and servicing in line with DJI and Heliguy’s quality standards.
  • Assemble and calibrate new drones and payloads for enterprise deployment.
  • Complete DJI warranty repairs and log reports using our internal CRM systems.
  • Troubleshoot support verbally and in writing.
  • Carry out firmware updates, testing, and flight verification when required.
  • Liaise with the customer support team to provide technical advice and pre-/post-sale guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records of repair work, parts usage, and service reports.
  • Stay up to date with emerging drone technologies and DJI product releases.
