Job Details Job Location: 20813 Birchwood Spur Road - Chugiak, AK 99567 Salary Range: $25.00 - $25.00 Hourly Job Category: Accounting Position Summary The Drop Count Representative is responsible for accurately conducting the machine drop process and counting, reconciling, and recording currency, vouchers, and other monetary instruments from machines and other revenue sources. This role ensures that all procedures are followed according to company policy and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Retrieve drop boxes from gaming machines or designated areas. Count and verify currency, vouchers, and other media using counting equipment. Accurately record totals and reconcile discrepancies. Complete necessary documentation and reports. Maintain security and confidentiality at all times. Ensure work area is clean and organized. - Follow all company policies and gaming regulations. Must be able to work long hours on various shifts. Must be available to work weekend and holidays. - Ensure compliance with all Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS) Present a positive image of the Casino to its guests and vendors and to assist them as required. Must follow all safety policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High School Diploma and/or GED required. Additional Requirements Must be 21 years of age. Must have previous experience in handling cash. Must have the flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
