QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High-volume cash handling experience is an asset
  • Ability to clearly follow established policies and procedures
  • Ability to get along well with others with demonstrated efforts in teamwork
  • Able to physically maneuver heavy equipment
  • General knowledge of computers
  • Good eyesight, hand/eye coordination and hand dexterity
  • Respectful approach and demeanor
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Proven superior customer service experience
  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate needs of a casino environment
  • Participate in on-going job training

CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to obtain a valid GPEB registration
  • Ability to complete all BCLC required trainings
  • Serving it Right Certification

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to lift, handle, and transport materials that are over 25lbs
  • Required to stand for up to 8 hours/shift
  • Required to sit, stand and walk during working hours
  • Able to work early morning shifts starting at 4am and 5am

Responsibilities
  • Conducts all drop pulls and counts according to established company and BCLC policies and procedures
  • General clean-up of cage, count room and storage areas
  • Knowledge of all promotions and events for the week/month
  • Maintains working knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Monitors and maintains maintenance of all cash counting equipment
  • Performs other job related duties, as requested by Count Supervisors
  • Performs removal, replacement, transport and counting of Table Games drop boxes, machine bill acceptor cassettes and all other cash or cash equivalent storage devices
  • Verifies and reconciles all banking deposits and reserve floats
  • Responsible for providing professional and exceptional customer service in accordance with established company standards
