Responsibilities

The responsibility of the Dropship Admin Assistant is to assist with the day-to-day tasks and running of the dropship division:

  • Refreshing trade reports and assisting with Monday / Friday trade notes
  • Manipulating dashboards to gain insight into partner, category and brand performance to support STM and ATM with trade initiatives
  • Supporting our offshore team in India with product enrichment and being one of their main points of contact
  • Supporting the senior and assistant managers with admin/ad-hoc tasks
  • Upholding positive relationships with all our partners and representing the dropship division to the highest of standards both internally and externally
  • Assisting with project related tasks
  • Joining meetings - taking clear notes and circulating follow up actions in a timely manner
  • Cross-team communication and collaboration (internal and external)
  • Scheduling calls and organising calendars
  • Maintaining site standards
  • Identifying any marketing opportunities
  • Collating & sending assets to partners each season
