Join us on this exciting journey of growth and innovation! We’re looking for a DRP Supervisor to join the Product Planning & Replenishment team at B.TECH. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring product availability and optimal stock distribution across all B. TECH branches, warehouses, and sales channels. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end distribution and replenishment cycles, balancing inventory levels, and aligning supply with dynamic sales demand. Key Responsibilities Distribution & Replenishment Planning Manage the distribution of products across branches to effectively fulfil branch demand and sales requirements Oversee replenishment cycles across branches and warehouses to maintain optimal inventory levels Ensure continuous product availability across all sales channels (retail branches, e-commerce, and other formats) Monitor and maintain the right Days on Hand (DOH) to support daily and monthly sales plans Inventory Optimization & Availability Proactively identify potential out-of-stock or low-stock risks and take corrective actions Act as a trigger point for MRP to initiate replenishment for any gaps in supply Balance stock between overstock and stockout risks through effective allocation and redistribution Ensure the right product is available in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantity Stock Movement & Transfers Manage and optimize transfers between branches and warehouses to support demand shifts Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of stock movements Monitor stock flow efficiency and resolve any delays or bottlenecks in distribution Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales teams and different retail formats to support sales opportunities and improve product availability Collaborate with Merchandising and Supply Chain teams to align distribution plans with business priorities Provide insights and recommendations based on sales trends and stock performance Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement Track key KPIs such as product availability, DOH, stock coverage, and transfer efficiency Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities in distribution and replenishment processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce stock imbalances, and improve service levels Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, distribution planning, replenishment, or inventory management Strong understanding of distribution planning (DRP), replenishment cycles, and inventory control principles Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset Discover the benefits of joining B.TECH: More than just a job · Comprehensive health and life insurance. · Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance. · Professional development and training opportunities for advancement and career growth. · Employee discounts and wellness programs. · High performance and rewarding culture.
