Join the winning team now!Work you’ll do Responsibilities: Lead and manage Climate & Sustainability / ESG assurance and advisory engagements, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and compliance with professional standards. Plan, manage, and execute assurance engagements in accordance with ISAE 3000, ISAE 3410, or other relevant assurance standards. Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and overall engagement delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor while identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings. Provide technical guidance on ESG reporting, sustainability disclosures, and ESG due diligence, helping clients navigate evolving regulatory and reporting requirements. Contribute to the development and enhancement of ESG assurance methodologies, work programmes, toolkits, and best practices. Monitor emerging ESG trends, sustainability frameworks, and regulatory developments, translating insights into practical recommendations for clients. Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and identifying new assurance opportunities. Lead, coach, and develop junior team members through effective delegation, mentoring, and performance feedback, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. 6–8 years of relevant experience in audit, assurance, attestation, or ESG/Sustainability assurance, preferably within a professional services environment. Experience leading client engagements, managing multiple projects, and working with diverse stakeholders. Good understanding of ESG and sustainability reporting frameworks, such as GRI, ISSB, SASB, TCFD, and the GHG Protocol. Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. A proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.IT literacy with sound knowledge and experience of Excel/Word/PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu are required. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage to support engagements with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders across the APAC region.
