Responsibilities

As a Druck Service technician Apprentice, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing calibrations to UKAS standard on various Druck product: Pressure, Temperature, Humidity, Electrical
  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults
  • Repairing electrical and mechanical faults
  • Shadowing experienced technicians
  • Spending time in production areas gaining experience on building new product
  • Providing updates on progress to leaders and/or customer care organisation
  • Taking part in lean A3 activity to improve services efficienc

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have completed a GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent including English, Maths and Science
  • Be meticulous and demonstrate attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks,
  • Show the ability to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring positive outcomes and high satisfaction in client interactions.
  • Possess customer care skills
  • Be curious and eager to learn
  • Be enthusiastic and self-motivatin
