The Drug and Alcohol Program Compliance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of the Drug and Alcohol Program ensuring overall Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance with federal regulations and Michels Drug & Alcohol Policy. This position will be responsible for identifying best practices while maintaining regulatory compliance. It is essential to possess a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
