SUMMARY

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Supervisor, Drug Rebate to manage day-to-day operations of the Medicaid Drug Rebate team while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company standards. In this leadership role, you will oversee staff performance, drive operational excellence, and support the successful resolution of rebate disputes and reporting deliverables.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE IN OUR MISSION

  • Supervise staff performance, including productivity monitoring, coaching, and formal performance reviews.
  • Lead the hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members while fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Ensure all monthly and quarterly Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational goals are consistently met.
  • Review and provide feedback on reports, dispute resolution proposals, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Partner with the Rebate Manager to track performance metrics, support audits, and contribute to special projects.
