Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Administrative Assistant to join our Clinical Safety team in Tokyo, Japan. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities Provide day to day departmental/project support activities; Coordinate and provide minutes for department meetings or conference calls; Maintain spreadsheets as necessary; Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents as necessary; and Format documents in Microsoft Word and Excel. Qualifications A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent; At least 2 years of administrative experience is necessary, healthcare experience in addition is a plus; Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are needed; Bilingual Japanese and English; Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required; and Applicants should have great attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
