Why You’ll Love Working Here Full-time position with opportunities for growth Paid training and certification as a Drug Test and Breath Alcohol Technician (provided by NowCare) Supportive, team-focused work environment A role that directly supports patient care and workplace safety Work with a respected and expanding healthcare organization What You’ll Do Learn and follow regulated and non-regulated drug and alcohol testing procedures Complete certification as a Drug Test and Breath Alcohol Technician Welcome and check in patients, verifying requested testing services Accurately enter patient demographic and testing information into electronic systems Prepare consent forms and required testing documentation Perform drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with company and regulatory standards Label, log, and prepare specimens for laboratory shipment Scan and upload documentation into patient records Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records Keep testing rooms clean, sanitary, and fully stocked Perform on-site collections at client locations as needed Schedule & Availability Ability to work weekdays starting as early as 7:45 AM and/or as late as 8:00 PM on a rotating schedule Availability to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday) Willingness to become credentialed and respond to an after-hours pager for emergency collections What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment High attention to detail with a commitment to confidentiality and compliance Flexible and dependable with scheduling and coverage needs Join the Bayview Difference At Bayview Physicians Group, your work matters.
