POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Percussion / Drum Tutor / Supervisor to lead an after-school Percussion Club at a primary school in Croydon, London. This role provides children with the opportunity to develop rhythm, coordination, and confidence through playing drums and percussion instruments in a fun and supportive environment.
The club runs for one hour per week, Wednesday, 3:30pm – 4:30pm, giving children a weekly chance to explore percussion techniques, create rhythms, and enjoy playing together.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Experience teaching or leading music or percussion sessions for children.
  • Ability to engage and motivate children in a structured, fun, and safe way.
  • Strong communication skills in English for interacting with children, parents, and school staff.
  • A background in music education, percussion performance, or instrumental teaching is highly desirable.

    Pay: £32.00 per hour
