• Proven experience in drum performance and tuition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a small teaching schedule
• Enhanced DBS check

JOB PURPOSE

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality drum tuition to students of varying ages and abilities. Lessons are conducted on-site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver engaging and structured drum lessons tailored to individual student needs
• Monitor and report on student progress
• Maintain a professional and punctual approach to all teaching commitments
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
