We are seeking a Lead Hand to join our dynamic team in Canada. In this critical role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering top-quality concrete products while ensuring operational excellence. Your leadership will be vital in driving our projects forward and maintaining our reputation for innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate team members.
• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Familiarity with concrete products or related materials is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Forklift and crane certification/experience preferred

  Pay: $22.86-$30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Concrete forming/construction: 1 year (preferred)

• Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Assist in training new staff on processes and best practices.
• Monitor project progress and report on key metrics.
• Ensure quality control measures are implemented effectively.
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain equipment and materials for operational efficiency.
