We are seeking a Lead Hand to join our dynamic team in Canada. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate team members.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
  • Familiarity with concrete products or related materials is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Forklift and crane certification/experience preferred
